You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order is processed or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, you may refer to our [Refund Policy] to request a return after delivery.

We will respond within 24 hours to confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation.

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal)

  • Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed

If your order is already shipped, we will be unable to cancel, but you may still initiate a return.

If you placed an order by mistake or submitted a duplicate, please contact us immediately. We will cancel any unintended duplicate that is still within the cancellation window.

The following items cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Orders already shipped
